Sourcing the perfect candidates

To get an understanding of how our process works, we have detailed below the 3 key steps in sourcing your next recruit.

Step 01

Attracting the right talent

After sitting down with the employer to truly understand the needs of the role, our team will craft compelling, detailed job advert that accurately reflect the job role and expectations.

Full exposure to all major job boards will be exercised along with our own in-house headhunting efforts to extend access to the highest level of talent.

Step 02

Shortlisting the very best

With our proactive approach, we utilise exclusive access to CV search databases to further our search in sourcing the very best talent for your team.

Once the pool of applicants has been sourced, pre-screenings are carried out to review CV’s, portfolios, and work samples. This will allow for a shortlist to be generated of candidates whose skills match the job criteria.

Step 03

Screening candidates

A select number of candidates will be invited to a formal interview.

Our expert consultants will conduct a comprehensive screening of each candidate through telephone or face-to-face interviews. Additionally, further competency and skills tests may be administered to fully evaluate all candidates. This ensures that a thorough process has been carried out before presenting the employer with the CVs of the most suitable candidates.
